This property was perfect for our needs. Weather was amazing so we were able to spend a lot of time outside. Really enjoyed the tennis court - very good surface and intact fence, firm balls and decent racquets - and kids enjoyed the play equipment- all in v good order- looking for bugs and visiting the gnomes. Inside the cottages are well finished and well equipped. Lieven very quick to respond when we asked for or about something. He even found me a local hairdresser who came to the house and put my hair up for a wedding.

We stayed with all our family at these cottages as it was near the venue of our daughters wedding. They are in a lovely setting, very clean, plenty of parking, couldn't fault them.

A fantastic weekend away with the family in the cottages. Excellent amenities and excellent hosts. Highly recommend.

The hosts were really atttentive before during and after our 2 night stay last September 2020. They were not intrusive at all and really helpful in responding to any queries and helping us navigate some problems with Airbnb. We would recommend Woodland cottages with no hesitation

We stayed at the Woodlands Cottages for a wedding that was happening just up the road. The cottages were fantastic!!! All our family fit comfortably and it was great to have a space that we could all be together in before and after the special day. There were enough beds, rooms and bathrooms to fit all of us - we rented out the two cottages and there were three rooms in each (some with double beds, some with two singles), a full kitchen in both and bathrooms attached to each bedroom. The gardens are gorgeous. Well kept, lots of flowers. There is a tennis court in the bottom of the garden as well and tables out on the patio which made for great fun for the kids and adults to relax after the wedding day with some wine! Both cottages were extremely clean and we were greeted with some sweet treats. Zero complaints about our stay, we had an amazing time and would 100% go again. Perfect as well for a quick weekend getaway. Loved it! Thanks for having all of us and for being an amazing host.
