Ordered a magazine on 17th May, still no sign of it. Customer service took ages to respond to emails, reply every two days if you're lucky. Still not sorted after 2+ months. Very poor!

Excellent customer service

4 months and they were totally incapable of setting up a direct debit. Customer service was totally ineffective and constantly said "We don't know". Waste of time. Easier to write your own magazine.
