I had the extreme displeasure of being accosted by an old lady who worked here. She was very rude and unfriendly and not a good representative of this marina. What she needed to understand is that even people passing through could be potential customers and therefore she is harming the business with her attitude.

Had a very enjoyable winter stroll along the bank of the river, looking at all the moored boats. Lots of swans to feed as well. Not been here before so a nice way to spend an hour or so

A beautiful area to visit. The cafe needs to recognise the amount of waste being placed into their bins and empty them frequently. This is an observation not a criticism.

Very pleasant and peaceful place to either moor your boat, or go on a riverside walk along the River Medway, and a good place to go just to enjoy some calm and time outdoors.

I bit run down and a dump. However there was a wonderful circular walks starting at a National trust car park and then walking to the bridge, and then back on the other side of the river. About and hours solid walking.

Peaceful and quiet place to camp. Site is large enough to be away from others if you choose. Dog friendly with plenty of walks straight out of the site. Level ground and fairly easy access. Entrance is a little tight for a large caravan but do able. Being near the river does mean quite a few mosquitoes.
