As a DT department within a secondary school, (East London area) laser cutting forms of part of our curriculum. When we needed a new machine, cost was of course important as there are inevitably constraints on our budget, however, very often ‘cheapest is dearest in the long run’, so we also had to have an emphasis on quality. After consideration we felt Kent Lasers suited our requirements. Very pleased with our decision, - and when we have had problems (few and far between!) I highly recommend Kent Lasers, Tim came out and fixed my machine within a couple of days. He was also very knowledgeable and answered all of our queries regarding the day to day of having a laser cutter. First found Kent Lasers when I needed my old HPC machine serviced. Excellent customer service, always receive a prompt response to any email sent, and any issues I’ve had have always been very quickly resolved! Eventually upgraded to one of their own machines and is one of the best decisions I’ve made! Very reliable and much better than my old cutter. Very happy!!

Really happy with my machine and service from Kent Lasers. I love the precision, cleanilness and reliability of my SOLO-SE machine and have found it very straightforward to use: handling production runs is a breeze, and it's fast and easy to iterate on a design. Tim's advice and work have been fantastic - friendly, knowledgable, helpful and patient. I can't recommend Kent Lasers highly enough. Tim came out today to service & fix my GCC X252 laser and I couldn't be happier. After lots of research and conversations with laser suppliers, Kent Lasers sat head and shoulders above everyone else at the price level. British designed and built. Fantastic communication, with Tim offering loads of unbiased information with no pressure to purchase. On delivery it was obvious that the build quality was far better than the branded Chinese offerings of others. A self contained cooling system means no plastic tub full of coolant and a pond pump. Proper linear guides are used, giving great accuracy.Everything is well thought out and robust. After sales support has been amazing, too. Highly recommended.
